Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Vinoba Bhave University was established in 2011 by university notification vide Memo No. VBU/R/703/2011 dated 21.04.2011 under the leadership of Professor R.N.Bhagat, the then Vice-Chancellor of the University. Its first Director was Dr. C.Prasad, Professor of Botany.
